We currently do not bill insurance for massages.
Cancelling within 24 business hours of a massage will result in a cancellation fee being charged to you. Why? Just like with a hairdresser, an empty spot costs our business hundreds to thousands of dollars a year. Please be courteous and plan accordingly when you schedule. Multiple missed massages will result in the inability to be seen in our office. We may also make you pay a deposit for your massage in advance.
Tipping is gladly appreciated but not expected.
It Depends! Most times it is patient preference unless Doc specifically requests a before/after for you. The time you have your massage also matters. Some massages end when Doc is no longer in the office so we will adjust you before if that's the case
YES! You can get a gift certificate in any amount you would like! You can cover a full or partial massage. You can also add in any of the extras such as hot stones or CBD oil if you would like.
